Benefits Plan Road Map

Setting up a Work-Life Benefits Plan for your employees follows a simple three step process:

1. First, we meet with your business leaders to discuss the details of the exact benefits you’d like to provide. We schedule a Work-Life Executive Briefing to go over what you need, describe the menu of options we can provide, and settle on what works best for you.  For example, you may decide to offer the Self-Paced Plan with supporting Live Work-Life Telecons for most of your employees, Group Work-Life Classes for your managers, and One-to-One Coaching for your key executives.  Each group may also be offered Booster Podcasts after the training as follow-up reinforcement.

We would also discuss how you would like to make your employees aware of the new work-life benefits.  We suggest using our Work-Life Info Sessions at appropriate points during your calendar year, such as during your general benefits selection period or at annual team meetings.

2. Next, we would provide you with a written Remedy Plan that would spell out the details of the benefits that would be provided as well as the schedule for any Info Sessions.

3. Finally, we would execute the plan. We will provide you content you can place on your internal company website describing the benefits you are offering and links to where employees can sign up for each benefit.
