• 8 weeks, 1 hour per week (first class is a 3 hour face-to-face "kick-off" class)
• Group discussions via teleconference (for ease of scheduling)
• Reading for each discussion from our work-life book (included with the class)
• Hands-on practice between classes
• Limited and exclusive: 5-15 individuals per group
