One key thing you will need: discipline.  This self-paced plan is like any other do-it-yourself project: it will only work if you have the discipline to stick to a plan.  For many individuals, this doesn’t work, which is why we offer three other plans which include live facilitation to help keep you honest.  But if you are the type who can make a commitment to yourself and stick to it, this plan will work for you.
 
How does it work?

Dr. WorkLife offers a completely self-paced plan to get your life back to where you want it.  You will use a series of self-paced recordings (mp3 files) you can play on any computer, in combination with our work-life book, to walk through a course to teach yourself what you need to know.  You will follow that with our booster podcast series as a weekly reinforcement of what you’ve learned to build the habits you will need to make the concepts stick.
 
What does it cost?

Our Impact Plan sells for $397 $298 (a 25% package discount price).  The package includes the book, the 7-session self-paced course, and a one-year subscription to our weekly booster podcast series. When you order, we'll also send you a e-book version of the book so you can get started while you wait for the book to arrive.
